width="227" height="222"The information contained below is not for people to come and purchase plants it is information for those that pre-purchased plants from our 4-H Plant Sale. Check on our website here at the end of January, beginning of February each year to get an order form. Or call and asked to be put on our mailing list for the next year.

First of all, thank you for your order, it is much appreciated. We will be handling the plant order pick up as safely as possible by following safety guidelines during pick up, including wearing a mask, one customer at a time in the building, and social distancing.

The plants will be picked up at 699 Conaheeta St, Murphy, at the Extension Education Center, on April 8, 2021. It is located next to the Parks and Recs Office behind the Rock Gym, in Murphy. The education center is on the same street as the entrance to the Murphy Health & Fitness(the former Hiawassee Pool & Wellness Center). To access it take the 2nd left turn on Conaheeta Street. The first left goes to the pool and wellness center and the second will get you to parking area for the playground and education center. Watch for the  4-H Clover signs and you can find us!!

I will be there all day from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. or until all orders are picked up if before 6 p.m. My cell number is 828-361-2591, please call if you need anything concerning pick-up of your order.

We will be practicing social distancing in order to get your plants to you and keep everyone safe. So please wear a mask for pick up or ask for contactless pickup, which is how we did it last year.

Contactless Pickup Information:  If you choose contactless pick up please call and schedule a time by April 6, at 5 p.m. Then on April 8, when it is your scheduled time, you can come to the education center. If someone is loading plants when you arrive, please wait until they have finished and then get out of your car and come to the window and tell me the name on your order then return to your car or move away to continue to social distance. You can call the office (828)837-2210 ext. 4 or my cell number is 828-361-2591 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.) to schedule your time. If you would like to call from your car to tell me to bring your order out I can instead of coming to the window. Your order will be brought out to you and placed either on the picnic table, outside the door, or outside your car for you to load in your car. Once myself or a volunteer returns inside the building at that point you may get out of your vehicle and load your plants. If you need help please bring someone with you since contactless with social distancing means I will not be able to help.

width="287" height="363" Regular Pick Up With Safety Practices:  If you choose regular pick up come anytime between 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on April 8 and pick up the order and information sheets but please wear a mask. Your order will be ready for you. Please wait outside the building at the designated area until the person in front of you has exited the building so we only have one customer in the building at a time. We will let you know when to come in and get your order.

We hope that each of you stays healthy and knows that we appreciate each person that has helped “Make the Best Better” through 4-H by placing an order.

Thank you again!
